Warranty Information

For The Unexpected

Every new home we build comes with a NoTex Homes, one-year materials and workmanship warranty, plus a 10-year extended warranty through StrucSure Home Warranty.

First 60 Days

Although we strive to build the perfect home, realistically, we understand that you may discover items that need attention after you move in. We recommend that you try everything out — appliances, light switches, faucets, and more — during the first 60 days you are in your home. If you do discover a defect, please send an email of your warranty service request to us at [email protected].

End of First Year

Near the end of the first year in your home, we recommend double-checking to ensure you email a list of any defects to us at [email protected]. The criteria we follow for qualifying warranty repairs are based on our region’s standard industry practices, and we’ll be in touch with more details and to answer any questions as they arise.

Extended Warranty

We contract with StrucSure Home Warranty for extended warranty services, which offers coverage for:

  • One-year workmanship & materials
  • Two-year wiring, piping, and ductwork
  • Ten-year structural defect (including the foundation)
  • And more.
